Another Crispy Coconut Shrimp Recipe

Cooking Time: 20 minutes
½ cup flour
½ stick cold butter, cut into cubes
½ tablespoon lemon juice
1 egg yolk, beaten
1 green onion, chopped
1-pound salmon fillets, cut into small cubes
3 tablespoons whipping cream
4 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
1) Preheat the air fryer to 390
2) Season salmon fillets with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3) In another bowl, combine the flour and butter. Add cold water gradually to form a
dough. Knead the dough on a flat surface to form a sheet.
4) Place the dough on the baking dish and press firmly on the dish.
5) Beat the eggs and egg yolk and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6) Place the salmon cubes on the pan lined with dough and pour the egg over.
7) Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
8) Garnish with green onions once cooked.
