Apple Slaw Topped Alaskan Cod Filet

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ red onion, diced
1 ½ pounds frozen Alaskan cod
1 box whole wheat panko bread crumbs
1 granny smith apple, julienned
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cups Napa cabbage, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
1) Preheat the air fryer to 390
2) Place the grill pan accessory in the air fryer.
3) Brush the fish with oil and dredge in the breadcrumbs.
4) Place the fish on the grill pan and cook for 15 minutes. Make sure to flip the fish
halfway through the cooking time.
5) Meanwhile, prepare the slaw by mixing the remaining Ingredients in a bowl.
6) Serve the fish with the slaw.
