Baked Scallops with Garlic Aioli

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped parsley
16 sea scallops, rinsed and drained
2 shallots, chopped
3 pinches ground nutmeg
4 tablespoons olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
5 tablespoons butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste
1) Lightly grease baking pan of air fryer with cooking spray.
2) Mix in shallots, garlic, melted butter, and scallops. Season with pepper, salt, and
3) In a small bowl, whisk well olive oil and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over scallops.
4) For 10 minutes, cook on 390
oF until tops are lightly browned.
5) Serve and enjoy with a sprinkle of parsley.
