Beer Battered Cod Filet

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
½ cup all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon baking powder
1 ¼ cup lager beer
2 cod fillets
2 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
1) Preheat the air fryer to 390
2) Pat the fish fillets dry then set aside.
3) In a bowl, combine the rest of the Ingredients to create a batter.
4) Dip the fillets on the batter and place on the double layer rack.
5) Cook for 15 minutes.
