Buttered Baked Cod with Wine

Cooking Time: 12 minutes
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1/2 pound thick-cut cod loin
1-1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
1-1/2 teaspoons chopped green onion
1/2 lemon, cut into wedges
1/4 sleeve buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®), crushed
1/4 lemon, juicedInstructions
1) In a small bowl, melt butter in microwave. Whisk in crackers.
2) Lightly grease baking pan of air fryer with remaining butter. And melt for 2
minutes at 390
3) In a small bowl whisk well lemon juice, white wine, parsley, and green onion.
4) Coat cod filets in melted butter. Pour dressing. Top with butter-cracker mixture.
5) Cook for 10 minutes at 390
6) Serve and enjoy with a slice of lemon.
