Baby Corn in Chili-Turmeric Spice

¼ cup water
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon red chili powder
1 cup chickpea flour or besan
10 pieces baby corn, blanched
1) Preheat the air fryer to 400
2) Line the air fryer basket with aluminum foil and brush with oil.
3) In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except for the corn.4) Whisk until well combined.
5) Dip the corn in the batter and place inside the air fryer. Cook for 8 minutes until
golden brown.
