Baked Potato Topped with Cream cheese ‘n Olives

Serves: 1
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
¼ teaspoon onion powder
1 medium russet potato, scrubbed and peeled
1 tablespoon chives, chopped1 tablespoon Kalamata olives
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
a dollop of vegan butter
a dollop of vegan cream cheese
1) Place inside the air fryer basket and cook for 40 minutes. Be sure to turn the
potatoes once halfway.
2) Place the potatoes in a mixing bowl and pour in olive oil, onion powder, salt, and
vegan butter.
3) Preheat the air fryer to 400
4) Serve the potatoes with vegan cream cheese, Kalamata olives, chives, and other
vegan toppings that you want.
