BBQ Chicken Recipe from Greece

Cooking Time: 24 minutes
1 (8 ounce) container fat-free plain yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1-pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – cut into 1-inchpieces
1 large red onion, cut into wedges
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese with basil and sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
1) In a shallow dish, mix well rosemary, pepper, salt, oregano, lemon juice, lemon
zest, feta cheese, and yogurt. Add chicken and toss well to coat. Marinate in the
ref for 3 hours.
2) Thread bell pepper, onion, and chicken pieces in skewers. Place on skewer rack.
3) For 12 minutes, cook on 360
oF. Halfway through cooking time, turnover skewers.
If needed, cook in batches.
4) Serve and enjoy.
