Bacon ‘n Egg-Substitute Bake

Servings per Recipe: 4
Cooking Time: 35 minutes
1 (6 ounce) package Canadian bacon, quartered
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend
3/4 cup and 2 tablespoons egg substitute (such as Egg Beaters®
Southwestern Style)
4 frozen hash brown patties
1) Lightly grease baking pan of air fryer with cooking spray.
2) Evenly spread hash brown patties on bottom of pan. Top evenly with bacon and
then followed by cheese.
3) In a bowl, whisk well mustard, salt, milk, and egg substitute. Pour over bacon
4) Cover air fryer baking pan with foil.
5) Preheat air fryer to 330
6) Cook for another 20 minutes, remove foil and continue cooking for another 15
minutes or until eggs are set.
7) Serve and enjoy.
