BBQ Turkey Meatballs with Cranberry Sauce

Servings per Recipe: 4
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
1 ½ tablespoons water
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1 tsp salt and more to taste
1-pound ground turkey
1 1/2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1/3 cup cranberry sauce
1/4-pound ground bacon
1) In a bowl, mix well with hands the turkey, ground bacon and a tsp of salt. Evenlyform into 16 equal sized balls.
2) In a small saucepan boil cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, water, cider vinegar, and
a dash or two of salt. Mix well and simmer for 3 minutes.
3) Thread meatballs in skewers and baste with cranberry sauce. Place on skewer rack
in air fryer.
4) For 15 minutes, cook on 360
oF. Every after 5 minutes of cooking time, turnover
skewers and baste with sauce. If needed, cook in batches.
5) Serve and enjoy.
